National Volunteers Week

We attended a Community Network meeting at Bunnings and heard from a wide range of community groups operating on the peninsula. It’s amazing how many people volunteer to help others, run clubs and improve the lives of those helping or being helped. Our club operates as well as it does because of our members volunteer to do so much!

2024 Doubles Tournament

Saturday 23 March was our club’s doubles tournament, with clubs coming from Gippsland, Philip Island and the Mornington and Ballerina Peninsula. With play taking place in glorious autumn weather, the teams battled it out until the grand final between Mornington and West Rosebud, who were victorious. Thanks you to all the volunteers who gave their time to make it a great day of competition, socialising and enjoying a delectable spread of food at the presentation of prizes.
