These were held from 31 Aug until 8 Sep in QLD.
Our club is very proud to have a member representing the state and competing. Forty-eight women from around Australia were entered to compete in the Women’s Championships. Six Victorian women made it to the last Sixteen. Our club member Janine finished 11th.
Janine was asked to join the Victorian State Team to play the Interstate Shield over the following five days. Victoria finished a creditable third and improved on last year’s results.
